Considerations for Purchasing Trough-Type Cable Trays

1. When high-voltage and low-voltage cables are placed together in a trough-type cable tray, a partition must be installed between them; otherwise, the signals transmitted by the low-voltage cables are susceptible to interference.
2. For outdoor trough-type cable trays, drainage holes must be drilled in the bottom of the tray to allow accumulated water to drain, and the tray covers must be extended to prevent water from entering through the joints.
3. Considering the combined weight of the cables and the tray itself, if supports/hangers are spaced 2 meters apart and the load is approximately 100 kg per meter, the height of the trough-type cable tray must be at least 100 mm.
4. When installing trough-type cable trays vertically, cable tie-off brackets must be welded in place to facilitate the sorting, organizing, and securing of cables within the tray, as well as to simplify future cable maintenance and management.
